When Ellen and I started dreaming about Small Church Pastor we
realized that a unique thing about the specific group we were wanting
to support (pastors of smaller churches) is that often finances are
limited. To address this we decided that Small Church Pastor would
be made possible by a "partners support base" (raising funds like a
missionary would) and by charging fees for coaching and consulting.
